How do I apply for the Student Assistance Fund (SAF)?

The purpose of the Student Assistance Fund (SAF) is to provide financial support to disadvantaged students with ongoing needs for financial support and to provide emergency financial assistance for other students.

How to apply

Students can apply by completing the appropriate forms below. If you have any queries related to SAF you can contact a staff member directly by emailing studentassistancefund@ncirl.ie.

Applications for the SAF are currently closed but are due to reopen for students who are registered for the 3rd semester in July 2024.
