NCI expects all its learners to engage with and attend ALL learning activities and events associated with their course of study at the National College of Ireland.
Attendance Monitoring System (SEAts)
NCI uses an attendance monitoring system (SEAtS):
- All full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students must log attendance for in-person classes
- Attendance is recorded using the SEAts mobile app
- This applies to all full-time students studying on campus
Monitoring and Support
- The Student Services team monitors student attendance and engagement
- If low attendance is identified, students may be contacted and offered:
- Guidance
- Support to re-engage with their studies
Need help or have questions?
