How do I add an Academic Honesty Declaration to quizzes in Moodle?

1. Open your Moodle page and turn on Edit mode from the top right. Now select Add an activity or resource under the topic where you want to add your quiz.

2. Select the quiz icon and enter your quiz details. 

3. Now under the Extra restrictions on attempts section select must be acknowledged before starting an attempt beside where it says Students cognisance of plagiarism policy.

4. Now save the quiz and create your questions.

5. When the student starts the quiz they will now be presented with the following honesty declaration which they must agree with before starting the quiz.
