If your student ID Card is not being accepted by the attendance monitoring card readers then check with Student Services that the following conditions are met:
- You are registered for the current academic year
- Your student card is not expired
- The number on the back of your student card matches what is recorded in the card management system
- The academic year recorded against your card in the card management system matches the current academic year
- If it is a new student card it will take 24 hours for all your records to sync to the system
- If you student card is damaged
If any of the above conditions are not met then your card will not be accepted by the attendance monitoring card readers. Any changes to the above will require at least 15 minutes to synchronise to the attendance monitoring card readers.
If the above conditions are met (or you have wait 15 minutes for any changes to be applied) but if your card is still not been accepted then please submit a request with NCI Support Hub here.
