How do I join a Microsoft Teams meeting from the Calendar?

1. Open the Teams application and select Calendar from the left hand pane.

Note: Your calendar will show you all the upcoming classes you have been invited to. 

 

2. Look for the meeting you wish to join within the Calendar. left click on the meeting to open and click Join.

3. You will be brought to a lobby page before you enter the meeting, this is to ensure your audio and video settings are enabled and you are ready to join the meeting.

4. When your ready to join the meeting click Join Now.

 

5. You will now be brought into the meeting.
