NCI Staff training on AI 

NCI has provided online staff training. Please click on the relevant link below. This training is mandatory for staff that use or intend to use AI. 

NCI has obligations under the EU AI Act to ensure that guidance is provided to all staff in the responsible use of AI. When you access the training, your completion will be tracked so we can evidence that you have completed training, if NCI is audited.

Opting out of the training

If you have already completed training at another institution or company, you don’t have to complete it can. You can log this here.

If you do not use/or intend to use AI then you can opt out of the training by clicking here.

Associate Faculty Pay claim

To claim for the time spent on this training you need to submit a claim on Core. The type of pay is approved meetings, Course/Project code should be AI Mandatory Training and the department is Human Resources.
