How to report a technical issue with the SEATs app?

If you experience an error or technical problem with SEAtS (e.g., app not loading, Bluetooth not connecting):

  1. Take a screenshot of the error message (if possible).
  2. Email attendance@ncirl.ie with:
    1. Your name and student number
    2. Details of the issue
    3. The module name, date, and time

The team will investigate and confirm whether your attendance can be updated manually.
