Immigration expect students on a student visa (Stamp 2 or Stamp 2A) to progress in their studies and to graduate as planned.

Students who have been expelled, can no longer attend classes and progress in their studies, therefore they are no longer meeting immigration requirements for their student visa.  In this instance, immigration expect students to return to their home Country immediately.

NCI cannot provide students who are expelled with a letter to renew their student visa.

NCI are required to inform immigration when students have been expelled.
